Shipping & Delivery

All domestic retail orders ship within three business days of being placed.  We will notify you of any exceptions via email.  Delivery is by USPS Priority mail.  FedEx or UPS is available upon request.  Shipping costs include handling and insurance if the cost of goods exceed $200.  A tracking number are available upon request.  This must be specified in the comments section when the order is placed.  We package using mostly recycled materials.  If you need to place a rush order, please email us at:

Tracking numbers & Insurance

Tracking numbers as well as $50 insurance are included with the price of shipping.  Additional USPS insurance is available for $4.85 for goods valued up to $300. Please specify in the comments section when the order is placed.

International orders

We ship via USPS International Priority. USPS International Express is available upon request. Please order online or email

Returns & Exchanges

At Qori Inti Amazonian Herbals we pride ourselves on offering products of the highest caliber. We stand behind any broken, lost or incorrect products. If your product has arrived in one of these conditions, please contact us via email within 7 business days of the original shipping date to have it replaced. We work on a case-to-case basis so please email us a photo if you are claiming to have received damaged or incorrect product. We always guarantee the quality of our creations. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us: Approved returns can be held as credits, applied to an exchange or given as a refund.

At any time you may log into your account to view past orders you have made, and check on the status of pending orders.

Updating Account Information

All account details can be edited by logging into your account, or updating details with your next order.

Adding items once your order has been placed

Items may be added to an existing order within 24 hours of placing the order. We recommend that the added items be ordered through the website and we will credit the secondary shipping charge. Please send an email to: requesting that the two orders be combined. If it is beyond 24 hours from the original order, we will have already packed up your order and a new separate order with separate shipping charges will need to be placed.
